DIRECTIONS

• At the M5 and head towards the A38.
• Leave A38 and turn left at Splatford Split onto the A380.
• Follow this until you reach Torquay – please take care with the average speed cameras between Kingsteignton and Torquay – and then turn left  onto the A3022.
• Keep following this road through Paignton and onto Brixham, following the signs for Brixham. You’ll reach the traffic lights with the green filter for New Road.
• Keep going down New Road until you pass the pedestrian crossing. The Melville is about 20 yards after the pedestrian crossing, on the left, and before the Lower Manor Road turn.
