The Melville offers fresh, locally sourced ingredients and caters for a range of dietary needs.

For guests booking direct with us, our full English breakfast includes quality bacon and sausages, and our eggs are free range. In addition to your hot breakfast, you can choose from a good buffet selection.

Given advance notice we will cater for vegetarian and gluten-free diets by providing gluten-free bread and/or vegetarian or gluten-free sausages. Please note that we can cater for vegan diets within the limits of our menu and by providing dairy-free oat milk, dairy-free butter/spread and vegan sausages.
